The information is provided exclusively for the websites www.insidefishing.it and www.branzinothechallenge.com, and not for other websites that may be accessible by the User through links.
1 – Nature of the data processed and purpose of processing
Our association INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. will acquire and process only personal data; it will not process special categories of personal data under Articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR.
Your personal data will be processed by INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. for the following purposes:
A. to respond to specific requests communicated to INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. through its website;
B. for subscription to the newsletter and the consequent receipt of various informational communications concerning the sector in which it operates, sport fishing and the organization of related competitive and educational events;
C. for advertising and illustrative communications of the activities carried out by the same association.
D. for surveys on satisfaction levels and surveys on the quality of services rendered or other market research.
Your data acquired through direct entry within the registration forms include, for example, name, company name, address, phone number, and email address and will be used exclusively to provide you with the requested service (request for feedback, etc.). Any further purpose will be subject to dedicated information as well as specific and separate consent.

2 – Mandatory or optional nature of data provision
The provision of data is not mandatory, but necessary to allow INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. to process the data to execute the communicated requests (purpose A). It is instead optional for the promotional and marketing activities and research referred to in letters B), C), and D).
We inform you that the legal bases of the processing referred to in paragraph 1, point A, identified by the Controller, are the execution of a contract of which the data subject is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same and the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject, pursuant to Article 6, letter b. and c., of the GDPR.
3 – Methods of data processing and data retention times
Your personal data will be processed and stored both by paper means and with the aid of automated tools according to logics strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.
The processed data will be retained for the time necessary for the pursued purpose and in any case in compliance with the time limits indicated by the applicable regulatory and regulatory provisions. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
4 – Scope of data communication, transfer, and dissemination
The processing of personal data will be carried out by the internal staff of the Controller as members of the Board of Directors.
The data may be communicated by INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. to external parties, including:
- administrative managers;
- external associations, with which INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. collaborates, that always operate in the field of sport fishing and in the organization of related events;
- companies with commercial purposes with which INSIDEFISHING a.s.d. collaborates;
- sponsors and partners of INSIDEFISHING a.s.d.
Personal data will not be disseminated in any way.

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the European Regulation 2016/679, the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the rectification, integration, or deletion (so-called right to be forgotten) of their personal data; the right to obtain the restriction of processing and the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of personal data and finally, the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority. In particular:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form, and a copy of the processed data;
- request information about the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing as well as the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools, in cases where your data are collected from third parties;
- obtain the rectification or integration of your personal data without undue delay;
- obtain the deletion of your personal data, without undue delay, in the cases and for the effects of the current legislation;
