Thursday, April 30

• from 3.00pm

  receiving of the sponsors / partners in the operational and hauling kayaks area (at the Circolo Canottieri Orbetello located in Via Guglielmo Marconi inside the Parco delle Crociere) for unloading, preparation, placement and installation of the equipment.

Friday, May 1

• from 9.00am to 4.30pm

  welcome of competitors, teams, sponsors/partners, and of the media at the info desk located inside the reception structure of the Branzino Center for recording operations and delivery of welcome bag;

• from 9.30am to 3.30pm

  unloading of the equipment by the competitors (kayaks and equipment) at the Circolo Canottieri Orbetello area, preparation of their equipment, with inspection by the organizers for safety purposes, and application of the identification number for the kayak on the hull;

• from 11.00am to 4.00pm

  optional reconnaissance of the competition spots (NO pre-fishing);

• 5.00pm

  welcome ceremony with aperitif and official opening of the event at the Branzino Center.

Saturday, May 2

• 6.00am

  convocation and gathering of anglers at the Circolo Canottieri area of ​​Orbetello (point of hauling of the kayaks) for the preparation of the equipment; inspection by the organizers to check the suitability of the equipment for safety reasons, delivery of the fish measuring centimeter table and the recognition tag for the photographic certification of the fish;

• 7.00am

briefing for indication and illustration pre-race activities;

• from 8.00am to 3.00pm​

1st fishing session in both lagoons (if the number of competitors is less than 140 anglers, the competition session will be limited in the East lagoon);

• from 10.00am to 6.30pm

  exhibition and demonstration activities organized by the sponsors/partners at the Branzino Center;

• 4.00pm

  display of the 1st fishing session provisional ranking;

Sunday, May 3

• 6.00am

  convocation and gathering of anglers at the Circolo Canottieri area of ​​Orbetello (point of hauling of the kayaks) for the preparation of the equipment; inspection by the organizers to check the suitability of the equipment for safety reasons, delivery of the fish measuring centimeter table and the recognition tag for the photographic certification of the fish;

• 7.00am

briefing for indication and illustration pre-race activities;

• from 8.00am to 3.00pm​

2nd fishing session in both lagoons (if the number of competitors is less than 140 anglers, the competition session will be limited in the West lagoon);

• from 10.00am to 5.00pm

  exhibition and demonstration activities organized by the sponsors/partners at the Branzino Center;

• 4.00pm

  final ranking display with the sum of the results of the 1st and 2nd race sessions;

• 4.30pm

  cerimonia di chiusura della manifestazione e premiazione istituzionale, alla presenza delle autorità, presso la struttura di ricevimento del Branzino Center.
